The Second Amendment, as passed by the House and Senate, reads:

It is only a small number but the small number is still too many,

Believe me I know what I am talking about when it come to scouse scum. As being gay and from Liverpool I am a direct target for the scum to attack and personally I have had enough of it. Is it too much for them to keep there big mouth shut and let people go about there business without being victimised.They hang around in gangs and just annoy, bully and destroy property. Take the Tesco in Deysbrook every single night a different tile or window is smashed by scum.

You’re probably wondering what the hell I am on about, Lucky to have windows? What is it with Liverpool’s gay bars? They are all either downstairs or upstairs plus to top it off most of them have no windows.
