Spider-Man 3

I give it 2 out of 5 based only on the graphics, Full review below.
The picture belows says everything about the film down & depressing

Don't get me wrong this film has fantastic graphics and an ok story but that's all this film has going for it. No doubt it will gross shed loads at the box office as its already broken most box office records, but it failed to meet my expectations. The story is too long winded.Venom's doesn't make an appearance until very late into the film and then it was only for 10 minutes maximum. This as a warning to those of you lucky enough NOT to have seen this movie. If you've seen the first two, then just let the story end there. The characters are dull, the plot is weak, the story lacks substance, and the "comedic" parts are embarrassing. Scene after scene only brings disappointment after disappointment & you can't wait for it to finish. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. In fact there is a scene at a jazz bar where "dark" (Guy with the emo hair) Peter Parker plays the piano, dances on tables and chairs and in a dramatic zoom-in on his mouth actually whispers "now dig on this" (cringe worthy). Not to mention the Saturday night fever esquire scene where Parker walks the streets pointing and posing at attractive women & that awful dance as he comes out the shop. As for his new "Dark" look, how scary did he (not) look. Sadly there is a Spider Man 4 in the pipeline due out 2010. (I for one can wait)

I agree it was cheesy far too often and thriling far to little. The CGI was amazing in sections - especially Sandman when he first appears.
All in all I was disappointed. There were sections of the film that it seemed were been shot by a hand hled camera held by a 4 year old - made me feel travel sick!

I have loved Spiderman since I was 7 years old so I am slightly biased, I can't get enough of it. Yes it did go on a bit Toby Maguire with eye liner hardly makes him Scarface and Kirsten is as wet as Manchester. You just can't see why they are still together, there's just no chemistry any more! It didn't take much persuading for his mate to help out either in the end, he was back and forth more times than Andy at the pie store. The action scenes were brilliant however, I loved the crane crashing through the tower block and the fight scenes: Peter in his civvies shooting web balls.
Overall I liked it but as I said I'm biased.

i have not yet seen the movie as yet, once i have seen the movie i can give you my views on it. Most sequels to films are very much hyped, and not all appeal to every person. I'll wait and see!!!!

I think you are wrong!
The graphics are fantastic and the 10 minutes of Venom cost over $20 million showing the high quality and expense most definetly was not spared!.
The scenes with Peter Parker dancing down the street and the French waiter made it comical and gave a good mixture of seriousness and comedy.
The start was quick with the fighting between Spidy and the Hob Goblin instantly getting you on the edge of your seat and keeping you there throughout.

A must see!

I never once say the graphics are bad, I actually said

"Don't get me wrong this film has fantastic graphics and an ok story but that's all this film has going for it."
